Returns and exchange details
If you change your mind about your purchase and decide you no longer want it BEFORE an item has been dispatched I can issue a full refund. Unfortunately I cannot offer refunds on custom made pieces.
When you receive your order and you are not satisfied, please let me know. If it is because you have changed your mind, I can exchange an item for you - however you will have to pay the postage costs when returning the old item and receiving the new one. The new item will not be dispatched until the old item has been received by me in it's original condition and packaging.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send me a clear photograph of the damage. If I think I can repair it, you can return it to me in its original packaging and I will refund the cost of postage to you. I will send it straight back to you as soon as repairs are complete. If the damage is too severe, or if I believe that repairing it would jeopardise the quality of the item, you do not need to return it - I will replace the item for you or issue a full refund, depending on your wishes.
If you have any issues at all with your purchase, please let me know before leaving negative feedback as I will do my best to rectify the problem.
**Although I make jewellery for mermaids I would strongly recommend removing your Tidal Soul Studio pieces before swimming or washing.
