A Space to Reconnect With Yourself
Sometimes we need more than advice, more than thinking things through, and more than another item on the to-do list.
We need space.
Space to slow down, listen deeply, untangle our thoughts, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that have been waiting patiently to be heard.
My one-to-one creative therapy sessions offer a gentle, supportive space where creativity becomes a pathway back to yourself.
Drawing on the same approach I use in my group art journaling sessions, each session is completely tailored to your individual needs, experiences, and intentions.
No artistic skill or experience is required. This is not about creating beautiful artwork. It is about self-discovery, self-expression, reflection, and meaningful change.
What Happens in a Session?
Each 90-minute session is unique and guided by what feels most supportive for you on the day.
Your session includes:
- Guided visualisation meditation
- Creative journaling prompts
- Art journaling and intuitive creativity
- Reflection and gentle exploration
- Nature-based wisdom and seasonal themes
- Mindfulness practices
- Values clarification and intention setting
- Support in navigating life transitions, stress, overwhelm, or creative blocks
Together, we create a space where insight can emerge naturally and where you can explore your inner world with curiosity, compassion, and creativity.

My Approach
As a Holistic Creative Therapist, I believe creativity is not a luxury—it is a natural human way of understanding ourselves and making meaning of our lives.
Through creativity, mindfulness, reflection, and imagination, we can access insights that are often difficult to reach through words alone.
My role is not to tell you what to do or who to become.
My role is to hold a safe, nurturing space, offer thoughtful guidance, and support you in discovering your own wisdom.
Please note that I am not a psychotherapist, and so if you are struggling with severe depression, PTSD, schizophrenia or any other mental health crisis, then I encourage you to seek the support required from a mental health professional.
Session Details
Duration: 90 minutes
Investment: €50 per session
Format: Available in person, in a warm, nurturing setting at my kitchen table in Midleton, or in your own home if you prefer, depending on travel. Art materials are provided. I work in my own art journal beside you, so no need to worry about any awkwardness!
