Welcome — I’m Emer O’Neill.
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here. I live in County Cork with my husband, two daughters, and our three cats. As a holistic creative therapist, my work supports individuals on a path of self-discovery, expression, and empowerment—both in person and online.
My approach is rooted in nature, mythology, psycho-spirituality, and inner wisdom. Through intuitive creativity, meditation, journaling, mindfulness, and self-reflection, I help you reconnect with your authentic self and uncover the quiet guidance within.
Alongside my therapeutic work, I create ocean energy jewellery and art talismans—each piece infused with the raw beauty of the sea and the land. Every creation carries intention, symbolism, and a touch of the natural world’s magic.
Whether you’re seeking creative support or a meaningful, handcrafted piece to accompany your own journey, you are warmly welcome here. Thank you for visiting and for being part of this unfolding path.

Rewilding our Creativity
Our creativity is not separate from nature—it is woven into the great cycles of the earth, the turning of the seasons, and the ancient rhythms that pulse through us all, through all living things in fact. Just as the moon pulls the tides and the trees surrender to autumn’s release, our creative energy rises, falls, and renews in harmony with the world around us. When we honour these natural rhythms, we unlock a deeper well of inspiration—one rooted in the wisdom of the land. Creativity is not something we force; it is something we listen to, nurture, and allow to unfold, like spring’s first blossom or winter’s stillness.
