In the depth of winter, we discover the profound wisdom of stillness and rest. Just as nature uses this time to regenerate, we too can tap into the wisdom of the season. It's an opportunity to draw inward, to reevaluate our path, and to plant the seeds of intention for the coming spring. Winter's wisdom is the quiet teacher that reminds us that, in the sacred container of rest, we find clarity and strength. Winter's Embrace invites us to embrace the stillness and rejuvenate our souls, before the unfurling Spring.

Experience art as creative ritual with a blend of guided visualisation, journaling prompts and therapeutic art processes. Embrace your role as the artist, mystic and healer of your life, join Emer O'Neill from Tidal Soul Studio (artist and holistic creative therapist) as she guides you through the painting of a mixed media canvas . Embody the wise and potent restorative energy of Winter as we move through this richly layered creative process together. 

No experience necessary, all materials provided. We will gather in circle for this deeply relaxing creative session at 3pm at the Sandy Walk preschool facility in Broomfield Village, Midleton. €60 per person.
