It's an opportunity to embrace growth, cultivate hope and to nurture the seeds of our potential. Spring's wisdom is the enchanting teacher that reminds us that, even after the coldest, darkest times, life can bloom again. Spring's Renewal invites us to embrace change and rejuvenate our souls, with joyous excitement and authenticity.

Experience art as creative ritual with a blend of guided visualisation, journaling prompts and therapeutic art processes. Embrace your role as the artist, mystic and healer of your life, join Emer O'Neill from Tidal Soul Studio (artist and holistic creative therapist) as she guides you through the painting of a mixed media canvas panel. Embody the potent and revitalising energy of the season as we move through this richly layered creative process together. 

No experience necessary, all materials provided. We will gather in circle for this deeply relaxing creative session at 3pm at the Sandy Walk preschool facility in Broomfield Village, Midleton. €60 per person.
