Meet Emer

Welcome to my little corner of the internet, I'm delighted that you found your way here. My name is Emer O'Neill and I live in Co. Cork with my husband, two daughters and three cats.

I’m a holistic creative therapist, here to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, expression, and empowerment—both in person and online. My work is deeply rooted in nature, mythology, psycho-spirituality and the wisdom within, blending intuitive creativity, meditation, journaling, mindfulness and self-exploration to help you reconnect with yourself.

I also create ocean energy jewellery and art talismans, each piece infused with the wild essence of the sea and the land. More than just keepsakes— they are woven with intention, symbolism, and the magic of the natural world.

It's more than sketching or painting, it's about making space, time and energy to be more creative. Its about learning how to say no, and how to use our valuable time better. You gain an insight into self care, self expression. Look at nature with the eyes of a child. It's an adventure a discovery of your self, your cycles with lots of guidance, videos and audios.
I Love the workbook, gets you down to the nitty gritty. Bonus now all modules are Audio files. Great for a recap. There is no time restriction which is great, you can do this fabulous course at your own pace.

My daughter really enjoyed herself at Emers Christmas workshop, grateful to Emer for providing children in the locality with a lovely opportunity to be creative through arts and crafts. Join me for Creative Flow, a 6-week mixed media art journaling journey where we’ll weave together guided meditation, intuitive journaling, and artistic freedom. This is a time for you—to slow down, breathe, and let your creativity spill onto the page in whatever way feels right. No experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to play. We begin on Wednesday 26th February. €95 for 6 weeks of soulful expression in a nurturing space. I can’t wait to get creative with you!
